Gym and rooms good,

but blue room felt it had cheap interior fixtures Wish the pool and jacuzzi was warmer. Couldnt fully enjoy the pool.

Excellent location, beautiful view on Lumphini park. Modernly furnished rooms, comfortable beds. The big downside was that the water in hotel pool was extremely cold and for this reason fairly unusable! That was a shame especially after the whole day of sightseeing in the heat :(

Freaking cold water in hotel pool. That was quite important thing to us while considering this hotel and fairly disappointed us.

Exceptional hotel with amazing amenities!

Amazing amenities, from the pool, to the gym, spa, social lounge, everything is high end. Breakfast was the highlight, exceptional choice, service, views, just perfect.

Beautiful hotel room interior with incredible views

The views from the room and the rest of hotel was extremely beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are too dark could do with more lighting and better aircon. The rooftop and furniture was very outdated didn’t match the rest of the hotel. Could do with an upgrade and also outside by the swimming pool. Furniture pillows were full of stains.

Odd lights and plugs situation in the room, but cool swimming pool

The swimming pool closing at 22.00 is a great opportunity to enjoy a nice view (10th Floor, facing Lumpini Park) whist dipping in an infinity pool. So nice! Staff was super helpful and readily available to assisst us. The amenities in the room were nice, and the shower was amazing. The views from our room (19th floor) were very cool.

There were no plugs next to one of the beds, so one of us had to charge our phones accross the room. Also, there was only one main switch to the lights, next to one of the beds. I fell asleep whilst my friend was having a shower, not knowing that the only wwitch was next to me. She spent a while searching all around the room for the way to switch off the lights (for both the bedroom and the bathroom). During the night, I had to go to the toilet in the dark, as I couldn't find a way to switch the toilet light on and not the rest of the room. Maybe there was a way, but it was definitely not easy to find. Turning lights on and off shouldn't feel like an escape room. We booked a two single beds beedroom, which was provided. But we found odd that you could see through the bathroom wall, so I could have seen my friend butt naked going into the bathtub only with turning my head from my bed. This room could have been booked by two work colleagues going to a congress, for example.

Wonderful location. Watch out for taxi drivers that want to rip you off! Breakfast was good. Fresh coconuts and other fruits were highlights.

Worst Check In Experience ever

Its a beautiful property with big room size and good loaction.

As we arrived at the hotel midnight for which i did call them and informed them about it, there was nobody at the hotel door neither inside. I had to go upto the ninth floor to find someone. And then when i met this receptionist and immediately gave her all my passport and info she took atleast 20 minutes to figure out things. When i asked her to atleast let my kids go to one of the rooms as they were really tired no help was provided. When asked for bottle of water they didn’t had any at the reception. I can understand maybe the girl at the reception was new but there was another staff sitting at the adjacent desk was idle and could have assisted with the check in but he was too busy sitting idle. I can’t suggest anyone to check in during night at this hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were made very welcome.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were made very welcome. Being escorted from the lobby to reception, then bags taken to our rooms whilst we leisurely looked around the whole hotel this is a beautiful place well-trained staff who are very attentive. breakfast was a delight with many options to suit all needs the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with Elegance and great smells everywhere.I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel with facilities second-to-none the pool, gym facilities sauna & steam room is just what I was looking for. Will be back soon!

Disappointing - not a truly five star hotel

- great pool facilities - good breakfast - good design

- hotel was very rigid in its policies, which was really disappointing. I paid for 4 nights and could stay only for 3 of them, but hotel didn’t compensate my last night which I did not use :( - room was not ready at 3 PM although I asked for it in advance

Great bed, experience, welcome by staff and pool and sun deck.

Room was spacious but also a bit outworn. Breakfast was extensive but not always of the highest quality (eg cold dishes which should have been warm).

Very Good

Upmarket hotel in the embassy area. Very nice rooms (especially bathrooms), great view. Delicious food via room service. Pools is not big but nice. Great views from the rooftop bar. The breakfast is fantastic!

The reception and check-in area are a bit confusing (some desks are on the groundfloor, some are on the upper floors). Upon departure, the hotel was not able or willing to book a taxi and could offer only their in-house limousine service, so that one is essentially left to hailing a taxi from the street or just using the Grab app (which works - but I would have expected more support from such a fancy hotel). Reception staff was curt.

Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. Pool was good but cold. Breakfast buffet was good but they have the same thing every day.

Entered in room too many times and it was always when I stepped out. Had to leave me a message so they entered and left the note, provided turn down service also twice which I wasn't expecting . I just turned the do not disturb sign on

Beautiful design detail - but a bit out from the main river.

The decor of the rooms was lovely and it was near the park to get away from the traffic. The breakfast was nicely presented and lots of choice.

The noise from the party bars were on occasions heard in the rooms night. The corridors very dark and although this might be a design statement it made it a bit seedy.

Lovely but not amazing

Great views over the park. Nice staff. Spacious rooms and nice common areas for the guests. The pool has a great view and the sun deck is lovely. The spa is very nice and highly recommended

The pool area is very noisy from the traffic on the street level and aircon units working constantly just above the seating area. Rooms are a bit tired and dated.

breakfast is incredible, it offers everything and more.

breakfast is incredible, it offers everything and more. cute detail e.g. was the coconut with a So/ logo on it. Gym, swim in the pool and then a huge breakfast (which is served till quite late) was just wonderful! The Lumpini park across the street is also nice! it is such a delight after the hectic city center to enjoy a swim in the pool and take a look at the great scenery.

our room (the blue one, I think it was the element "earth") was rather dark, first the lamp didn't work but got replaced immediately, however even with the lamp turned on, it was somehow dark. but that's being picky at a high level, since the room itself was extremely cool
